Add / Remove Hardware in Win2000

To open: From Control panel > double click add/remove hardware

If you select the Add/Troubleshoot option you get this:

If there is a device that isn't working properly, it will be listed at the top of this list.

select "Add a new device" and click next

or if you select the Uninstall/Unplug a device option you get this:

choose Uninstall a device and you get the list of adapters to choose from.
